SlotMe is an AI-powered virtual administrator platform designed for beauty salons and wellness businesses. Our service includes automated appointment scheduling, client communication via WhatsApp integration, calendar management, and AI-driven salon administration tools. We provide these services on a subscription basis through our web application.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account, including a valid email address. Each salon account may have multiple team members (masters) added by the account owner. The account owner is responsible for managing team member access and permissions.
You agree to use SlotMe only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter, including salon details, service offerings, pricing, and availability schedules. You must ensure that any client data you upload or manage through SlotMe complies with applicable data protection laws. You agree not to misuse our AI features, attempt to reverse-engineer the platform, or use the service to send spam or unsolicited messages.
SlotMe uses artificial intelligence to assist with appointment booking, client communication, and salon management. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated responses and scheduling suggestions may occasionally contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and confirming AI-assisted actions. SlotMe is not liable for any losses resulting from AI-generated recommendations or automated actions taken on your behalf.
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your selected plan. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing. Failed payments may result in service suspension after a reasonable grace period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or suspected fraudulent activity. Upon termination, we will provide a reasonable period for you to export your data.
SlotMe and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SlotMe and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the data you input into the platform. By using our service, you grant SlotMe a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service.
SlotMe is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SlotMe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claims arising from the use of our service shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
By using SlotMe, you acknowledge that we process salon data, client booking information, and communication data (including WhatsApp messages) to provide our services. Our processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. You are the data controller for client data processed through our platform, and SlotMe acts as a data processor on your behalf.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the platform at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of SlotMe after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the applicable member state where SlotMe operates. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, through the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
